Beardown Tors, Dartmoor

Beardown Tors is on the western side of the West Dart River opposite Wistman’s Wood, just north of Two Bridges, on the edge of the Merrivale firing range. It is a collection of three smaller tors, on one of which is a military observation hut. The views from Beardown Tor are lovely in all directions.
