Meadow Vetchling is a native of hedgerows and rough grassland where its yellow, pea-like flowers can be seen throughout summer. A member of the pea family it is a scrambling plant, useful for planting in wildflower meadows and on hedgebanks. Its roots fix nitrogen and so is useful for improving soil fertility.
